If you want running support as part of a personal training programme, just let me know and I will help motivate you to reach those miles.
I can currently support 5k and 10k distances.
I offer an 8-week programme designed to get you from walking to running your first 5k.

Becca’s Bay Runner
Social running group suitable for beginners who can run 5k in 45 minutes.
We run every Wednesday at 6pm from Morrison’s Cardiff Bay.
