I’m Rebecca and I’m a Personal Trainer covering Cardiff and the Vale.
I design and deliver safe, effective and enjoyable personal training sessions to help you achieve your goals. Sessions will be varied and progressive: geared towards improving your health and well-being.
Sessions are usually held outside – unless you have an indoor space available.
Perfect if you need somebody to kick you into shape from time to time or prefer a pay as you go option.
If you are new to fitness, your first session is designed to introduce you to personal training. Expect to have a basic workout, get a little sweaty, have fun and gain an insight into what future training sessions might be like.
1 hour: £30
30 minutes: £20
This is a 4-week training programme made up of 2 x 1 hour sessions per week. If your body needs a boost, then this is the option for you. A popular choice for those getting back in to training or who need support to reach a short term goal.
Short and sharp
This is a 12-week programme with the option of 2 or 3 sessions per week. This programme is perfect if you really are the busiest of bees but you are committed to your goals. These sessions will last 30 minutes and are guaranteed to get you sweating.
2 sessions per week: £380
3 sessions per week: £470
Going for Goals
This is a 12-week programme designed to suit longer term health and fitness goals. The sessions will be 1 hour long and you will train twice a week.
Prices inclusive of:
- Initial dietary analysis and food recommendations
- home workout plan where necessary
Training with friends
Discount available for group workouts of up to 4 people. This is a fantastic option if you want to train with friends / family. You will enjoy the benefits of personal training but with a lower price tag.
Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer and will need to be paid in advance of the first session.
Please note – sessions will need to be used within 4 weeks of the programme length.
