Who is the challenge for?
I’m looking for women who want to challenge themselves to lead a more active and healthier lifestyle in 2019. If you are ready to start feeling fitter, stronger and happier this January, then this is the challenge for you. All exercises can be progressed or regressed to suit your ability and your goals – so complete beginners you are very welcome. It takes 28 days to build a habit, so why not make this is your 2019 starting point.
What this isn’t.
A quick fix. If you are looking to lose weight quickly and thus unhealthily, then this challenge is not the one for you.
If your current exercise routine isn’t hitting the mark and perhaps you don’t eat as well as you could, then yes, you can expect to lose weight and inches during this challenge. However, losing weight healthily and keeping it off isn’t something that can be achieved overnight. This challenge is about building positive changes into your everyday life.
What can I hope to get out of the challenge?
After 28-days you can expect to feel stronger, fitter and healthier. You will find you have more energy and you’ll feel more positive – all thanks to the endorphins released through exercising. You will make new ‘virtual’ friends who will be pushing themselves alongside you and offer you invaluable support. You will also feel satisfied that you reached a short-term goal and that you now have the power to build on your fantastic achievement for the rest of the year and beyond.
