Workout Wednesday: Earn that mince pie!

I’m sure you’ll eat all the goodies regardless, but to soften the blow – try this sweaty lil 30 minute workout.

If you are feeling brave – go for 3 rounds

1st round perform each exercise for 40 sec /10 rest
2nd round 20 /5
3rd round 15 /no rest

High knees
Plank Jacks
Mt climbers
Butt kicks
Fast feet on the spot
Touch floor star jumps
Squat jumps
Press ups

Remember to warm up before starting and have a nice stretch when you are done.
