Workout Wednesday: HIIT me baby one more time!

Panic not – you don’t have to listen to Britney while doing this workout, though if you do want to, feel free to do so – video footage welcome!

This is a 30-minute workout – remember to warm up first.

Do each exercise for 30 seconds

  1. Squat with side kick
  2. Press up
  3. Bicycle crunch
  4. Shoulder tap planks
  5. Burpees

Rest for 30

  1. Squat jump
  2. Glute bridges
  3. Tuck jumps
  4. Plank jacks
  5. Mountain climbers

Rest for 30

  1. Sumo squat
  2. Leg raises
  3. High knees
  4. Tricep dips
  5. Skipping

Rest for 30

X 3

Cool down and enjoy the rest of your Britney inspired day.
