Workout Wednesday: It’s a HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a great way to build up a sweat in a short space of time.

Try this 20 minute HITT workout and let me know how you get on.

Warm up: 3-5 minutes.

1 min – touch floor star jumps
30 second jumping lunges
30 second squats

1 min – high knees
30 second burpees
30 second jack planks

1 min – skipping
30 second mountain climbers
30 second leg raises

1 min butt kicks
30 second spider plank
30 second tricep dips

1 min ski jump
30 second jump squats
30 second crunches

Rest 30 seconds – 1 min and go again!

Cool down / stretch.
