I’m Scott and I’m a trained Les Mills Bodycombat instructor based in Valencia, Spain. I believe in creating a fitter planet, uniting everyday people doing their everyday things, connecting through a love of fitness. The strength and energy that powers our minds and radiates from the heart is what keeps us chasing strong, fighting fit and building endurance.
Les Mills Bodycombat is an energised, high intensity cardio-based and martial arts-inspired workout that is completely non-contact. Zero experience is needed to take part in this activity – a sharp mind, a determined soul and bundles of ‘ganas’ to kick and punch your way through this 50 minutes training routine burning up to 750 calories. Along the way you pick up techniques and moves from Karate,Taekwondo, Capoeira, boxing, Muay Thai and Kung Fu. Have fun, release stress and sweat your body like a champ at the same time! Let loose the inertia from the core; improve your speed, coordination and mental agility all at a pace that you control and you decide.
