Workout Wednesday: Skip it real good

Who doesn’t love skipping? Get your hear racing with this lil skipping workout – go on, you know you want to.

Warm up – 3-5 minutes

1 min skipping
1 min – side to side jumps
1 min rest

1 min skipping
1 min – reverse lunges (alt – normal lunges)
1 min rest

1 min skipping
1 min – press ups (alt – on knees)
1 min rest

1 min skipping
1 min – squat with front kick (alt – normal squat)
1 min rest

1 min skipping
1 min – burpees
1 min rest

1 min skipping
1 min – plank
1 min rest

1 min skipping
1 min – glute bridges
