Workout Wednesday: Interval Running

Do you have a spare 30 minutes?
Try this running workout and let me know how you get on!

Warm up for 3-5 minutes

Run – 2 minutes
Squats – 1 minute
Sprint – 10 seconds
Active rest – 1 minute

Run – 2 minutes
Reverse lunges – 1 minute
Sprint – 10 seconds
Active rest – 1 minute

Run – 2 minutes
Standing knee to opposite elbow – 1 minute
Sprint – 10 seconds
Active rest – 1 minute

Run – 2 minutes
Mountain climbers – 1 minute
Sprint – 10 seconds
Active rest – 1 minute

Stretch it out.
